We invest in our business by creating a strong network of relationships with clients and candidates; who get to know & trust us because they have the opportunity to develop a direct relationship with the firm. A sound relationship means we are able to work efficiently by not proposing candidates for inappropriate positions.
We never share personal information with any third party without the person’s
prior consent. This is our modus operandi and will always be. Our clients range
from Tier 1 international Banks to medium and niche players active in the
Private Banking industry. Most of our relationships are developed in Switzerland
and Europe which has lead us to develop relationships internationally in the
Middle East, Latin America and parts of Asia & Africa.
Wherever possible we like to personally meet all individuals that we deal with
and when appropriate, we might request candidates provide references as per
each client’s specific requests. We also recognise how changes in personal
circumstances can affect ones availability and suitability for new positions. To that end, we like to keep up to date with the career movements of our network of candidates
and therefore we encourage fluid and open channels of communication.
